1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 12-24 working hours after confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation call/WhatsApp and a tracking ID once your parcel is dispatched.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Karachi: 1-2 Working Days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta: 2-4 Working Days
- Other Cities & Villages: 3-5 Working Days
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Karachi: Rs. 149
- All Other Cities in Pakistan: Rs. 199
- FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs. 4,000

We use trusted courier partners: Leopards, TCS, and Trax.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your parcel on the courier's website.

5. ADDRESS ISSUES
Please provide complete and correct address with active phone number. If courier fails to deliver due to wrong address or unresponsive number, re-delivery charges will apply.
