1. GENERAL
This website is operated by ASMURA FRAGRANCES, based in Karachi, Pakistan. We offer luxury-inspired fragrances. We are NOT affiliated with, associated with, or in any way officially connected with the original designer brands. Our fragrances are our own interpretations/inspired versions with similar scent notes.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, color and packaging may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution. All fragrances have a long-lasting performance of 10-12+ hours, but longevity may vary based on skin type and weather.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash.
For COD orders above Rs. 3000, we may take advance confirmation.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, error in price, or suspected fraud. COD orders that are not confirmed via call/WhatsApp will be cancelled automatically.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including logo, images, text, design (Black & Golden Theme) is the property of ASMURA FRAGRANCES and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy or use it without permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ASMURA FRAGRANCES will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
